yeah, it’s the first time that we’ve spoken about recruiting from a standpoint not of begging or looking for leftovers.
It’s the first time I’ve heard a head coach UMass put value on “UMass.” That type of mindset is a big and important shift
Interesting he kind of dodged the New Jersey and Massachusetts recruiting question.
New Jersey has ALWAYS been the most important state for UMass recruiting.
We will need NJ and FL first and foremost.
But places like MD OH PA are important too.
Then I'd prioritize TX and GA.
Then MA and CT.
Those states should be 80% of the roster
